Tom and Mathew provide all our sausages and bacon. Traditional butcher sourcing a wide range of locally farmed meats who have been in business since 1974 so they know what they’re doing and our guests certainly seem to think so too. Tom always looks after us as the Dairy Barns holds a special place in his heart as he married here a couple of years ago!
