We’re looking to introduce “local” coffee to our tasty farmhouse breakfasts here at Dairy Barns and this week we’ve been for a tasting at Grey Seal Coffee Roasters ….. mmm. This fab little company is based in Glandford in North Norfolk just 2 miles from the coast – hence the name which we think is very memorable (we love seals too!). They ethically source green coffee beans from around the world and hand-roast in small batches weekly to ensure freshness.
Staying on the subject of scrummy food and drink, it’s asparagus season here in Norfolk and we just love it – look out for fresh picked asparagus in your local farm shops and farmers markets. Enjoy!
