Although it’s been a pretty gentle one really (despite the rain and floods, at least we haven’t had any snow), we’re always glad to say goodbye Winter and say hello to Spring as we look forward to the start of British Summertime on 30th March. Once the clocks go forward and we get longer days it’s a wonderful time both on the farm and in the garden as we see the colour return with spring bulbs opening out in a rainbow of yellow, blue and pink and new lambs in the fields and the crops starting to really grow strong and tall.
