I love Cromer for many reasons, fish and chips at Mary Janes or Number 1, Crabbing off the pier with my children when they were small and hot chocolate on winter days in the Rocket Cafe, but the best thing about Cromer is the Pier. I love to walk down the pier summer or winter and listen to the sea and admire the victorian town, there is the state of the art lifeboat station at the end which is free to visit and of course the theatre.
Cromer Pier plays host throughout the summer until 1 October to the only full season end of the pier show in the world! There is lots of glitz and glamour from the Cromer Pier dancers and you will witness some of the best production values outside of London’s West End along with a variety of fun, laughter, spectacle, song and dance. This year the host and compere of the show is comedian Ben Nickless Finalist of Britains Got Talent. The theatre is at the far end of the pier and on windy days you can hear the sea below you, its a unique Cromer Experience. Head back to Cromer at Christmas time and enjoy the Christmas Pier show full of Christmas Sparkle.
Cromer is approximaltey 35 minutes from Dairy Barns so perfect for a day or evening out before heading back to our bed and breakfast on the farm
