Now in its sixth year, this award celebrates hospitality businesses that over the past year have consistently received strong praise and ratings from reviewers, achieving at least 4 out of 5 “bubbles”. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodation providers, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
We read all our Trip Advisor reviews and aim to respond to every single one as soon as possible as it helps to remind us of what we’re doing right and whether there is anything we need to re-think. So it is great when our guests tell us that not only do they love our beautiful location, our rooms and facilities plus our Farmhouse Breakfast, but they also appreciate the way our small friendly team make them feel so welcome – from tea and homemade cake on arrival, our local knowledge and personal recommendations of the very best places to visit and to eat through to a personal thank you for choosing to stay with us postcard when they leave reminding them that their feedback is very important to us and asking that they let us know if there are any areas where they feel we could do better.
We think we must be getting it right as many of our guests choose to stay with us again and again and it’s so nice to see guests returning over the months and years and recommending us to family and friends too.
