We participated in a schemeover the past 12 months known as the RSPB Volunteer and Farm Alliance where volunteers from the RSPB come and survey our farm for bird species. Overall 44 species of bird were identifed on the farm with 7 of them being of high conservation concern and 16 of medium conservation concern. Some on my personal favourites were amongst those spotted Barn Owls, Yellow Hammers and Skylarks to name a few. If you are interested in bird watching when you come and stay we can give you a map of the area surveyed and full list of birds seen so hopefully you can catch a glimpse of them as well
