Here at Dairy Barns we have always known how important it is to our business to look after our customers. That’s why we were entered into the EDP Business Awards 2014 in the Customer Care category. We were honoured to be selected as Finalists and attended the Awards Ceremony last week when EDP Editor, Nigel Pickover, commented “we have had more than 250 entries for this year’s Business Awards – a true indicator of the remarkable companies we have here in East Anglia. It goes without saying that the quality of the applications was outstanding, leaving the Judges with a difficult task of selecting the finalists with us here this evening”.
Although we were just pipped at the post by Richardson’s Boating – Norfolk Broads Boating Holidays, it is a great honour to be one of only three finalists in our category and we continue to strive to improve our standards of Customer Care. We would not have a business without our wonderful customers and we love what we do looking after our guests and sharing our part of Norfolk with you all and we clearly live and work in an exceptional area for customer care in the tourism business as our friends at Richardsons Boating are based just a few miles down the road at Stalham.
