We have six large en-suite rooms on the ground floor, each beautifully colour-themed with fantastic power showers and luxury towels. They have wonderfully comfy twin or super king-size beds with crisp linen and cosy, pretty duvets. These rooms look out over the barn courtyard with Kingfisher looking out over farmland.

Take a look at our Extra Special Rooms for that extra hint of luxury and additional space – perfect for a special occasion or if you just want to treat yourselves! Each individually designed, all offering a large bathroom and lounge along with a private court yard garden.

Holiday Cottages

If you’d prefer, we have 2 farm holiday cottages on the edge of the village of Sea Palling. Finished to a high standard of comfort they each sleep 6 with large enclosed gardens looking across farmland to the sea. As a extra plus they have a hidden door which can link the cottages turing them into a house for 12

Dairy Barns form part of Lound Farm, a working family farm covering 360 acres of grazing marshes and arable land.  We love welcoming people to our home and pride ourselves on doing everything possible to help you enjoy your stay with us. Whether you are planning to stay for a short break or a longer holiday we want to be sure that you’ll be just as happy to stay in as you will be to spend your days out exploring the wonderful Norfolk coast and countryside.

We offer 6 cosy rooms, 3 extra-special rooms and 2 self-catering holiday cottages. There’s a very relaxed atmosphere, a gentle smattering of luxury and plenty of flexibility. Our friendly staff will happily share their local knowledge to help you plan and make the most of your days away.

You’ll love our farmhouse breakfasts freshly prepared with local produce and served in our beautiful main barn.

We got married yesterday at Dairy Barns and can honestly say it was the best day of our lives! We fell in love with the barns the first time we stayed in Swallows Nest 3 years ago, we loved it so much we booked it as our wedding venue after breakfast the next morning! Everything has been so well planned, Hannah does an amazing job in the lead up to the wedding and nothing was too much trouble. The wedding day was perfect – Hannah and the team are absolutely amazing and every single person there is worth their weight in gold. Everyone said how lovely it was and how brilliant all the staff were. The food was fantastic, the rooms are beautiful, everything is beautiful! We couldn’t have had a better day, it was so relaxed and we couldn’t have done it without their help and support  Thank you SO much xx
