There are three large bedrooms upstairs, accommodating up to 6 people, with two king-size beds in the master and middle bedroom, whilst the other bedrooms are twin.

Downstairs, you will find the bathroom with bath and shower, dining room, fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine), and comfortable lounge with WiFi throughout. There is also a porch by the back door, so it's an ideal place to leave all your boots and beach kit!   

Please note the staircase is quite steep, so not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Towels and linen are provided for six people. It also has a large enclosed garden with views across farmland to the sand dunes, a patio area, and a barbeque, ideal for warm summer evenings when you want to enjoy a glass of wine or play outside with the children. You may even spot the beautiful barn owl who lives nearby.

Dune View Cottage is fully central heated and double glazed, so is also ideal for a winter retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, You can curl up on the sofa after a long walk on the beach with a good book and on a clear night see the incredible display of stars in our dark Norfolk skies. There is also a small private meadow looking out over farmland to the sea at the back of the cottage garden.
