We have 6 rooms, all on the ground floor – Dahlia, Norfolk Lavender, Red Poppy, Sunrise, Seaside and Rambling Rose – each beautifully colour-themed.  They are very comfortable, spacious, well-equipped, and all come with what we consider to be those important little finishing touches such as toiletries, delicious chocolates on your pillow, a variety of magazines, delightful fresh flowers and, of course, a television/DVD and hot drinks tray.  They are all en-suite with shower cubicles and luxury towels and have wonderfully comfy twin or super king size beds with crisp linen and cosy, pretty duvets. We often host large family groups and several of our rooms can also accommodate up to 2 children in put-me-up beds.

For guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users, Rambling Rose is ideal, with wider doorways and a large wet room-style en-suite with shower seat. However, if you have specific needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss them further, and we will do all we can.

Our 3 extra special rooms are just that, all designed to be unique and over 2 levels.  Lots of space, fabulous bathrooms, huge beds, lounge area and a private courtyard garden.   3 extra special rooms

In total we can accommodate 18 adults in the bed and breakfast plus additional children.

We also have a snug coastal-themed guest lounge which is a comfortable place to relax in the evening or on a rainy day with a selection of good books, board games, wine glasses and a corkscrew!  Our guests also love the enclosed garden and large courtyard with a number of garden games for all the family.
